Massage & Bodywork Offerings 

The massage I practice is a deeply calming, gentle massage capable of inducing profound relaxation in the receiver. Using an intuitive approach to heighten the client’s awareness of their body is the essence of my work.

When you become conscious of the ways tension appears in your body, and can listen to the messages within, the BodyMind connection is reestablished and facilitates a deeper, longer lasting letting go of the nervous system.

This re-integration of mind and body, along with total body awareness, is accomplished in a variety of ways, because I work with you, not on you. Sessions may begin with guided breathing/meditation, stretching or movement, or a few questions to ease you out of that swirly head space and back towards your roots.

Once feeling grounded, your massage will begin with gentle touch to facilitate relaxation, followed by slow, deeper pressure performed mindfully where needed.

My goal is not to fix you, although pain relief is typically accomplished. The objective of this work is to give you the tools and awareness to manage stress and ease pain no matter where you are in your day.

I also offer CranioSacral Therapy, Massage Cupping, and Pregnancy Massage with the same deeply calming, grounded intention.

Foot Treatment

Ground and uplift your senses at the same time! Your treatment includes hot towels, a natural sugar scrub with fruit acids and ginger root for a rich exfoliating experience, an irresistible citrus and vanilla body butter to provide advanced hydration and velvety smooth skin, and focused foot and ankle massage for complete restoration.

Facial Cupping Treatment

Facial cupping benefits for the face include increased local circulation and nutrition to the skin, stimulating natural elasticity, relieving sinus congestion and draining stagnant fluids to ease puffiness. The muscles of the face benefit greatly from reduced tension and tightness, easing expression lines and loosening rigid muscles associated with TMJ disorders. Lines, wrinkles and scar tissue will soften with massage cupping, and rosaceous or congested skin can quickly clear.

If you suffer from seasonal allergies, this treatment will alleviate significant sinus pressure as it opens the lymphatic pathways and continues to work long after the treatment is completed.

The facial cupping treatment may be added onto any massage and includes hot towels, facial oil application, lymphatic & sinus drainage treatment, and massage of scalp, neck, and shoulders.
